I'd suspect that the Sherman tank crews in WW II would have something to say about whether velocity was important when an 8.8 cm APCBC hit them at 2,540 ft./sec.

They are going all out against the NRA right now.

That was a good video. It had to hurt to treat 2A supporters the way he did.
