Just got payed and have a little money to play with this time. Off to eBay to buy another used thinkpad that hopefully will last a year before needing repairs. Here's a pretty good guide if anyone else likes meme pads.

C64 was great improvement.
Heck, back then they could use in an awesome way the 64kt available.
