Turns out POTUS has the authority to regulate the borders....
This is a primary duty and responsibility of the Government
"the Government" is more than just POTUS
Sotomayor wrote that based on the evidence in the case “a reasonable observer would conclude that the Proclamation was motivated by anti-Muslim animus.” She said her colleagues in the majority arrived at the opposite result by “ignoring the facts, misconstruing our legal precedent and turning a blind eye to the pain and suffering the Proclamation inflicts upon countless families and individuals, many of whom are United States citizens.”
She likened the case to the discredited Korematsu V. U.S. decision that upheld the detention of Japanese-Americans during World War II. Roberts responded in his opinion that “Korematsu has nothing to do with this case” and “was gravely wrong the day it was decided.”
Totally different things - Korematsu was about detention of American citizens, which was wrong but happened... I doubt there were many Japanese immigrants coming into the US after Pearl Harbor.
Trump wasn't proposing locking up US residents from those countries, he just wanted to stop/restrict immigration from them. There's no comparison to Korematsu, it's a power presidents have all had. His statements before the election are irrelevant, his "perceived bias" is irrelevant, what is in the text of the actual presidential order is the only thing that is relevant/enforcable.

Who are you to question the logic of a wise latina women?
The President has always had the authority to block travel/immigration from any nation he chooses. You guys have been so delusional and hysterical, you ignore basic concepts of American government. We had immigration quotas in this country for almost two centuries for fuck sake.

Harley-Davidson is now on Donnie's shit list.
More
A Harley-Davidson should never be built in another country-never! Their employees and customers are already very angry at them. If they move, watch, it will be the beginning of the end - they surrendered, they quit! The Aura will be gone and they will be taxed like never before!
Every American has a fundamental right to a $60,000 domestic hog. Get em Donnie!
