if you weren't on the fringe
and most Americans really thought like y'all do
Marty Hash would have been elected long ago

Re: 2020 General Election Predictions
I realize that my political beliefs aren't shared by most people
I know I am on the fringe
and as result of that realization
I make the effort to avoid projecting my beliefs on an electorate who obviously doesn't share them
wishful thinking is a helluva drug

Like I said, sure are a lot of SIFCLFs here today.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 8:31 amIn your gloating, you haven't yet discerned what is happening... The switchover to hopelessness. They were optimistic before but now they're going to cheer as the world burns, egg it on even. I know I am.
You won.
Biden's win is no more a Marxist takeover, if it happens, than Trump's win was a fascist regime.
It's not like the President actually gets to do much except write EOs for the next guy to abolish.
Trump couldn't even build a wall and Obama couldn't take your guns.
There's no point in doing the right wing version of wailing about the end of the world like the lefties did in '16.
It just makes you look daft.

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

You seem to not understand that 50% of population voted for the candidate of the larpers...you’re excused this time for being a Canuck - but that does have it’s limits...

You seem not to understand that the vast majority of people who voted for Biden or Trump, didn't do it because they want a civil war, they did it for many reasons that had nothing to do with that whatsoever

Re: 2020 General Election Predictions
voting for Biden or Trump does not result in civil war
most Americans do not believe that the other guy being POTUS will result in civil war
you disagreeing with them, doesn't make you the majority
it makes you the minority, whining on an internet forum, like a raving homeless person on the street

I actually agree with Monte. By the time you figure out you're in a collapse, the worst part is over. No point in getting all worked up about it ahead of time.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 9:20 amLike I said, sure are a lot of SIFCLFs here today.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Thu Nov 05, 2020 8:31 amIn your gloating, you haven't yet discerned what is happening...
