This is the problem with salaried vs hourly employees

Yeah I'm salary and I probably average 47 hours a week. I have a base salary that is very near six figures and a annual bonus that puts me way over the $100k mark. No complaints from me.

My base salary is just over 6 figures but overtime and the penalties that come from laws like this put me up nearly 60% more.

Still waiting for someone to explain how no longer being able to force your employee to work 24/7 stops that employee from sucking Mammon's dick as much as they want.
I worked 18 hr days all last week at the BJC, made about $5k and slept about 4hrs a night. Nobody was able to stop me, except myself...
