Re: Supply Chain Shortages and Inflation
I keep hearing of proven voter fraud in the 2020 election with what seems like undeniable facts then find out those states are going to allow it again even though Trump’s not on the ballot & Repubicans are in charge?! WTF?! The only governor who responds like I expect is in FL, not TX or some deep red state.

I’m thinking authoritarians stick together whether they’re Marxists or Fascists OR FMWs control everything regardless of party.

My stores are doing pretty well too, but there are noticeably less stock on some things.
From raw product to the store shelf is 90-180 days depending on what it is.

Around here most things are available when we go shopping, but there are always pockets of empty shelves, and the pockets keep moving around. 1 week distilled water is wiped out. The next it's noodles. Never saw that prior to COVID.
Other types of stores are also having this issue. Some items are stocked full, while others are on backorder for months. Like, basic items that never used to be on backorder at all.
Across all types of stores, prices are going up rapidly.

When we go to Meijer that is the case, that was why I emphasized it was an international market. They get most of their products from other countries like Mexico, and don't seem to be having any noticeable supply chain issue.PartyOf5 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 28, 2022 7:45 amAround here most things are available when we go shopping, but there are always pockets of empty shelves, and the pockets keep moving around. 1 week distilled water is wiped out. I have noticed at Costco some items we occasionally buy just aren't in stock.
A certain brand of coffee or jar of olives, whatever.
The biggest change at Costco has been nothing is in the same place anymore, it's like they are constantly rearranging food products locations. It feels like to me they are covering up for products they don't have in stock, but thats muh feelz.

Like I said: until my son’s wife notices, it’s not SHTF.
