This is really the only question. The FBI did not have the legal predicates for starting this investigation, Mueller was assingned without knowledge of specific crimes. It's a fucking inquisition.
Either he effectively admits that there was a crime to pardon, or he issues some kind of “blanket pardon” for himself.

Isn't it that to accept a pardon from the President the person has to admit wrongdoing? So, Trump would have to admit to wrongdoing (illegal activity) first then pardon himself? Either way, this is all very dictatorship behavior.
