Well to be fair...

There doesn't seem to be a ton of responsibility and accountability out there in either gender.

Drugs, video games, junk food, social media, Netflix binging... Temporarily fills the void... and is on the rise.

Satisfying responsibility to the family and the clan is hard to come by.

Unsatisfying drudgery for the faceless contractor is all too easy to come by... and soon that might be automated.

We are facing a precipice of meaninglessness....

Unfortunately the rising lord MAGA may not have all the answers either...

It's hard to say where the answers are going to come from.... probably not from the Big Stick... or fancy carrots... or face-recognition technology.

So far, there's been little recognition how valuable "meaning" is, so valuable that it should be a State function, but then, of course, we run into the Royalists & Libertarians that assume losers will crawl away and die (many do), and the Collectivists who think we are all just part of a big organism that should be directing our individual lives into equal mediocrity.

The Hash solution is Jobs-for-Everyone, progressive taxation, and fiscal spending. Right now, my constituency consists of 1 - me.

Service to others doesn't have to be in the form of familial support. Maybe some other form of service will rise - 12 step programs for all, or something similar. Religious service. Something along those lines that provides meaning.

Human nature is more complex than that. That said, it's only a thought about what might take the place of familial responsibility if work goes away. Maybe we will steer our children to working on themselves instead. Maybe it will be worse (focussing excessively in the exterior, for example) or maybe it will be towards enlightenment of some kind.

Concrete goals, a dominance hierarchy, responsibility, challenge, penalties. A predictable environment that caters to men. Your feminine prattle is the problem. Our current “equality” society is poison.
