It is fairly interesting how represented that part of Europe is on this weird niche right wing political forum. I can't think of anyone from the other European countries on here. We need a frog or two and some Eye-talians.

Scandanavians tend to speak the Queen's English, whereas good luck finding many Frogs or Eye-Talians who do.

My German professor in school said that many Germans speak English too but as nuke pointed out there are none on here. Its weird. Germany has a huge population.

The Germans don't speak English as much as the Scandanavians do, the huge populations of Germany, France and Italy, is why they don't bother to speak English, they live in their own worlds.

Are you a fan of Scandinavian society? They are always used a gold standard by progressives in the states, but is that a mirage in your opinion? There's a book I want to read by a British travel writer on Scandinavia called "The Near Perfect People" where he talks about the pros and cons of their system.

As long as we all have the same religion and vote the same I don't see the problem with a little bit of diversity.

In Germany, those who speak some English, it's a broken English, they might be fluent enough to tell you where the train station is, but they're not fluent enough to carry on a nuanced political conversation, whereas when you meet Scandanavians who speak Engligh, they often speak perfect English, fully fluent.

This is true as well. Their English is almost always laughably funny. They also have a weird hard on for Texas and on krautchan if you use your regional IP you get a cool little Texas meme ball with a cowboy hat. Not sure if krautchan is still up, they get periodically shut down

In France, even if they do speak English, they won't, they want you to speak French, if you won't speak French, fuck you.

In Italy, they have no idea what you're saying, they don't speak English for the most part.

The southerners won't but they are overrun by Africa so not many people will soon anyway. The northern part will and it's quite good tbh from what I've seen. French English is fine. Really all of Europe and beyond speaks English though or at least those that matter. Who'dve thunk it?

That's true, northern Italy, southern Italy, two totally different Italy's, but I tend to go south of Rome, because northern Italy, while nice, is not very exotic, and southern Italy is nice and hot, I can get cool in Canada, I don't need to go to Italy to get northern Italian weather.

Probably changed since you've been. Rome, while always trashy, has gotten really bad. Or at least the province. I'm sure they keep the tourist attractions up.
