Oh, America is most certainly inside my head, I find America to be fascinating, particularly of late, I mean, you're really starting to go off the deep end lately, it's like Jerry Springer except with nuclear weapons on hair trigger alert.GrumpyCatFace wrote:
That's a bit ironic, coming from a Canadian that spends much of the day debating American political minutiae...

Well... if he doesn't have faith in his ability to talk with and in a crowd colleagues from other countries, better he don't.

Trudeau and Trump are ying and yang, two sides of the same coin, Trudeau's campaign was just the feel goodery liberal version of the Trump campaign, and it was Stephen Harper who had become sHillary.TheReal_ND wrote:I like Trudeau. Mind you, Trudeau so far is a much bigger disappointment than Trump, Trump is much closer to how he campaigned, Trudeau hasn't really tried to shake anything up, he just talked a big game.

Well I should clarify that I'm not a fan of whatever political practices I have been able to discern him practicing except perhaps the protectionism that has failed miserably unfortunately. I think they are just throwing money at a black hole in the lumber industry at this point. Saddens me because I want Canada to be Canada first as much as America, America First.Smitty-48 wrote:Trudeau and Trump are ying and yang, two sides of the same coin, Trudeau's campaign was just the feel goodery liberal version of the Trump campaign, and it was Stephen Harper who had become sHillary.TheReal_ND wrote:I like Trudeau. I really hope Trump pulls a win somehow regarding this.

Well I don't particularly like any government policies, I'd like to see government strangled in the bathtub as you Americans say, but as that's not what the masses want, not much I can do about it, so in the meantime, basically I'm just looking for some entertainment, Trump, is delivering, whereas Trudeau is actually quite boring.TheReal_ND wrote:Well I should clarify that I'm not a fan of whatever political practices I have been able to discern him practicing except perhaps the protectionism that has failed miserably unfortunately.
