18 years ago today, the Undertaker and Mankind had the craziest WWF match I've ever seen. I was a kid I remember watching this live, fucking insanity. Mick Foley gets thrown off the cage, then choke slammed through the cage, and then the thumbtacks come out

I was a Holyfield fan since the 84 Olympics. Tyson however, was unbelievable in his prime. He only had one loss (B Douglas) in Eleven years. He was 45-1.

On this day a small raid was started on France, to be turned back near Tours. Charles Martel was an idiot and sucked, and pretty much stumbled into victory.
Just so you're not confused, this was not a military invasion and Charles Martel was just lucky.
