Thats a lie, a huge god damn lie. The out of wedlock birth rate wouldnt be anywhere near what it is if that were true. Everyone knows about condoms but no one likes them. And take this from a Pharmacist, asking a 14 year old girl to take a pill every day within about a half hour window and you might as well just get her pregnant right then and there. I know full grown adults that cant handle that shit.
