Around the nice suburbs of Nashvegas, $80K - $1M/acre. So many fleeing Yankees coming in, the prices are going out of control here.

Now, go about 1.75 hours out towards the secure and remote satellite Casa de Fife, and you can get into some prime property, close to the Good Lord Above, for about $15K / acre-- for the good stuff.

10-50k per acre in Ohio, depending on proximity to the coast.

About 10k per acre for agricultural land here in Suffolk but you are not allowed to live on it. Land with residential permission at least 10 times that out in the sticks.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

We are talking about a place of freedom and self-government.

That's actually fairly interesting though. I bet it's some sort of leftist policy to attempt to ensure small farming.

Probably opposite, really. Small farming requires that you live on the land, dude.

Would probably assume it's not zoned for plumbing or tanks. But if it's ag it should have water pipes
