Well, I've never been big on deep dish pizza, because it reminds me of lasagna, which I do not like. Also in high school over the summer I applied at Pizza Uno and the piece of shit manager told me to apply again in 2 weeks. When I came back, there was a line of applicants out the door and I didn't get the job. Fuck that asshole. Anyway, I love hot dogs and that beef sandwich looks delicious. I'm not a big fan of most cheese, so it looks like all the good parts of a philly cheese steak without any of the bad parts.
I feel like the beef sandwich you posted needs some sauce though. The beef looks delicious, but all that meat and bread would make it tough to swallow. It needs something imo

They're usually dunked whole into the au jous before adding the gardeniera. It comes out completely soaked in beef juice, and tastes like a damn orgasm. Get one if you ever get the chance.
I've done a pretty extensive survey of the hundreds of burrito joints around town, but that was back in my slave grain days. sigh.
