Kansas went the opposite direction, and failed miserably as well.

then I would assume you are employing the usual completely self-assured yet completely wrong one-line snarky comment policy that you instituted years ago.

It's no joke. It's a rope, Tuco. I want you to stand up there and put your head in that noose.

More QE at this point would mean perpetual QE until we implode - if we aren't on that track already.

That is some doomsday shit.

It has everything to do with tax policy - The big companies are leaving because the Mecha Cities, which are expensive to work in, offer more than CT does at a given price - in other words, CT has priced itself like a mecha city, but without all the goodies that go with it....so there's a financial incentive for young talent to go to the more expensive cities... If your car payment is $500 / month, are you going to drive a Porche or a junked up Saturn?

Holy fuck. They are going to print more money?

If they are just going to print money, instead of giving it to banks, give it to people who are poor and cut taxes on the middle class. Fuck these fucking vampires, printing money and handing it to their banker buddies while the rest of the nation implodes.

It should be amusing to see how they continue to try to hide inflation now.

That's exactly what Stapleton is saying

The middle of the episode illustrates the problem with Connecticut
No man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the legislature is in session
