Because the ruling came down that there was no guideline or reason behind why Harvard was doing it... if there was such as "equality" or some BS it may have stood... but because it wasn't, it didn't.

In English, they didn't hold it because there was no defining thing that was being held up... it was more based on an ideal than an actual thing, like a law.
