Re: Meanwhile in Ukraine
I don’t know how to explain it anymore? The endless gullibility defies logic. How can anybody who repeatedly falls for the propaganda ever claim to be wise? (Don’t forget TDS, Climatism & Wokeness.)

The only explanation is that they are truly stupid.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 7:53 pmI don’t know how to explain it anymore? The endless gullibility defies logic. How can anybody who repeatedly falls for the propaganda ever claim to be wise? (Don’t forget TDS, Climatism & Wokeness.)

It gets them in their Cold War feels. It's totally different this time though.

That doesn't explain why people born after 86 would care about the “cold war feels”

Oh, you mean the outrage generation? Under 37 are just starved for a cause and a reason for being. Ukraine, apparently, gives them an outlet and the elders have told them that it is important. The Conservative wrote: ↑Tue May 30, 2023 10:06 pmThat doesn't explain why people born after 86 would care about the “cold war feels”

The same older generation who keeps telling lies and people keep believing them.Haumana wrote: ↑Wed May 31, 2023 12:41 amOh, you mean the outrage generation? Think you found the reason for it.
But honestly it's easy to get people to do things if you show enough outrage. Look at what the Nazi party did in Germany when given a chance.

Let me clarify, I'm talking about people that are allies in many ways, are against woke culture, are successful adults opposed to blue state and Fed maneuvering, but knuckle under to propaganda.
It's like they are one step away, but cant get there. I have family and friends like this

Everybody here knows my experience. I indeed stood up: I had people shouting at me, I was called names, I was kicked out of dozens of places, I lost friends. In all of that, not even 1 person stood by my side, and after the fact, no one has ever mentioned I was right or they were sorry.

We’ve all been through it to some degree. The family stigma is the worst part by far.Martin Hash wrote: ↑Thu Jun 01, 2023 3:56 pmEverybody here knows my experience.
