On a separate note, my company is going full woke.

For a while now we've been receiving repeated messages in emails and meetings about equity and how we need to better align our employee diversification with the populations we serve (read as: we need less white people working for us). We now are being forced, and I say forced because even though the meeting is not required everyone knows attendance will be tracked, on CRT vs Structural racism and how it impacts our work. On top of that, today is known as Indigenous People's Day at our work, NOT Columbus Day.

This crazy stuff can only happen with that kind of overwhelming domination, otherwise somebody in the chain of authority would stop it.
