Oh, they have been very overt about their plans in writing and speaking to long term goals. However when directly asked about things like removing Dutch Farmers for the Tri Cities project they obfuscate.

Yeah, Russia and China have figured out they are not part of Masters of the Universe final solution and command structure. Why would they join the WEFers when they know they would be nothing more than 4th rate members for eternity. Klaus Schwab has written that 95% of the population of the earth should go away, and the bulk of menial labor and service jobs needed will be done by asians, as they are naturally more subservient to authority.
