The 2 absolutely damning vaxx facts are that overall deaths INCLUDING COVID did not exceed projections without COVID, and that “Unknown Cause of Death” has skyrocketed from not on the charts to #1 in some cases and always top 5.

The fact that they’re trying to put the blame on Trump tells you this news is going to break soon.

Generally, I don't think people die all that often in marathons. There are certainly many who get dehydrated and go to the hospital, don't know if 73 is about right for that or not. Death, though, is rare.
