I don’t think it’s lack of ambition on Gen X’s part. We’re just a much smaller Generation compared to the boomers and the millennials. If it’s a lack of ambition issue then it’s on the millennials.

Got my X and Z mixed up. It's the Gen Z that are not hungry, at least in general. The ones that are 18-25 right now.
