Ukrainian Unit refusing suicide mission
https://twitter.com/AZmilitary1/status/ ... 2404883456
This time, the platoon of the 3rd battalion of the 115th Brigade of the AFU refused to defend Severodonetsk, recording an appeal to Zelensky and the commander-in-chief of the AFU Zaluzhny :
TRANSLATION BELOW 1/3

"We refuse to carry out combat missions because we do not have reinforcements from behind. No heavy machinery. We have been waiting for reinforcements for 2 weeks, but there is no one. 2/3

We are being sent to certain death. There is no command. There is no technique and respect for people. ... in such conditions, we refuse to perform combat missions!" 3/3
Shitty situation for those boys. I wish them well.

This is what I was talking about when I said Ukraine is in the defense, but has a longer supply tail than the aggressors. Ukraines logistics originates in the Pentagon and stretches across Western Europe before it gets to the front lines. With almost all of Ukraines original equipment destroyed, Ukrainian troops have to go to Western Europe to train in safety on newly donated equipment, that takes time, weeks at a minimum.

I don't know how well Russia can capitalize on that, some for sure, but everything they have been doing in this war is very slow by modern Western standards.

Hey remember that time Russia did a huge ‘war game’ on the border then invaded? Yeah we’re gonna do a big war game on the border.

Now Newsweek is spreading Russian disinformation
Russian Troops Destroy 2 Battalions of Ukrainian Tanks Mid-Preparation
The MoD said Russian troops destroyed two mechanized battalions of tanks and infantry fighting vehicles with artillery fire and drones as well as incoming fire from tanks and armored vehicles.

The Russian MoD said as a result of the attack, they destroyed 26 Ukrainian tanks, 12 infantry fighting vehicles, and killed around 100 soldiers.

The Russian military also said that the attack was launched due to the work of reconnaissance troops using drones.

Donated armor from the West, and it didn't even make it to the battlefield.

Didn't someone say that their OSNIT told them that Ukraine was winning? Slava something or other?

Yes, and Ukraine won the battle of Mariupol 45 days ago.

Good animation of the current Russian offensive, the "Popasnaya Flower" as Russian bloggers have named the offensive. About a week ago Russia took Popasnaya, the highest ground in the area. It allows them shell anything within a 40 km radius. And the Russians just successfully crossed the Donets River after a previous failed crossing.

The real contest here is can the Russian advance before Western military aid becomes effective on the front, because the support from NATO is considerable. But as I've noted before, it's not just plug and play a lot has to happen just to get the equipment to the front and more still to be effective in combat. If Russia is able to continue to hit new equipment in Assembly Areas they can largely negate NATO support.
All the Western experts like Jeffrey Ziehan say I'm wrong though.

Want to know something scary, the UN/EU is only giving 300 Million in support, while the US is attempting to give 40 Billion... anyone seeing a problem with this?

I told you this was going to become the new Afghanistan...put pressure to keep Russia busy so that everyone can get their chickens in a row to move accordingly to put the harm on Russia.
