You remove Disney and you remove the majority of the woke people from Florida, making it even a more red state. You open that land to companies I am sure there are a dozen companies that would welcome that land for their own use. With the infrastructure already in place, it would be foolish not to use that land more wisely.

Testing facilities for ocean-based tech... a place to bring infrastructure back to the US... allow another entity that isn't woke to take over the region and make their own "Family-friendly" park.

Fuck there are dozens upon dozens of opportunities... you just need to open up and see what's willing to go in and take over that place.

Hell, Disney won't be able to kick families out of their housing anymore because they got old either... So I mean there are plenty of reasons why Disney would leave Florida...

Not at all. I lived there for nearly 2 decades. DisneyWorld is responsible for the majority of Floridas economy.

Without that, it’s just a real estate market with beaches - like Hawaii, but absurdly hot and tacky.
