So the German courts recognize the Jab can kill you, but say employers and government can still punish you for not getting it. In essence, the government can make you do whatever they want to make you do and you have no recourse, even if the dictated action can lead to your death.

.S. drug regulators have directed health care workers in eight states to stop using a COVID-19 treatment because it may not be effective against an Omicron coronavirus subvariant that’s rising in prevalence.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said sotrovimab, a monoclonal antibody used to treat COVID-19, can no longer be used in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Providers in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands also have been told to stop using stotrovimab.

Regulators believe that the treatment, which was given emergency use authorization in May 2021, “is unlikely to be effective against the BA.2 subvariant,” the FDA said in a statement.

Understanding what monoclonal antibodies are I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if they know they do not work. Monoclonal antibodies are not like ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine. It isn't a chemical that you are putting into your body that causes some kind of more general reaction that will likely to be effective against many different kinds of similar viruses or bacteria. Monoclonal antibodies are just that antibodies, and those antibodies are going to be designed very specifically. If there is sufficient change in a variant they will become ineffective. They are essentially a retroactive vaccine where instead of injecting something that forces your body to make a certain antibody, it just injects the antibody directly.
