Russia isn’t the only military not prepared to go to war.
it's the same problem in both military's

the chain of command has been chosen to be cowards & sycophants

so they just go along with whatever crazy schemes Vlad Putin & Joe Biden command

like I say tho

if the Ukrainians can stop Putin here

then there is no need for the US Army to put boots on the ground

the Ukrainians are fighting the war for us

hence why I say

Slava Ukraini

Diversity is our Strength

This is General Milley's Army.
He sat there, puffed out his chest and excoriated people telling them that this is what our Army needed.

I can’t make any statement b/c the only information I have says the Ukrainians will win easily w/o our help. Hell, we didn’t even have to sanction Russia.

even so

ruminating about it constantly serves no purpose that I can see

Right On.

How many Generals did Lincoln hire and fire before he found Grant.

One of our big failures in GWOT was no Flag Officer ever got fired for failure to win.
They got fired for saying the wrong thing, but not for failing their primary mission.

I'm actually interested to see what a Russia cutoff from globohomo machinations looks like in a decade or two.

so there is no more reason to ruminate about the problem

rapid change is being forced by events on the ground in Europe

as I say, there's nothing like a foreign power threatening America, to snap America out of a funk

the kids talk about the "good ol' days"

but those days were actually in the fires of the Cold War
