I can’t get over the amount of lies coming from every direction, and the fact that every media apparatus/political hack/leftist weirdo/neocon is beating the drums of war on behalf of Ukraine. All these same people spent the last 6 years demonizing me, my people, and my faith, and now they are demanding loyalty to a regime that until the last two months was seen as a regime built on the back of human trafficking.

No one gave a shit about the civilians in Donetsk and Luhansk that got blown apart from 2014 to now, but now people are decrying the reported hostilities as a bridge too far. It’s everyone’s moral duty to support our Ukrainian brothers-in-arms! They are fellow lovers of freedom!

I can’t do it. I can’t summon the give a damn necessary to lock arms with my enemies. No one should go and die for this unless you’re just wanting an excuse to fight. That, I can respect. It’s all the romantic jingoism going around conservative circles that makes my stomach turn.
