The biolabs weren't meant to be destroyed. The biolabs by agreement with Russia, were funded by the US to destroy Old Soviet Biological Agents in the Ukraine. That program has been running for 17 years.

So the question is simple, if you destroyed all the old Soviet stuff, show the records.
If you haven't, why not ?
If there are agent Ukrainian Biolabs that were not old Soviet Stock, WTF is going on ?

So this can end easily and show Putin to be lying simply by dropping the records. That's all you have to do.

I asked for a reason, and if you noticed, Bush Sr. was as much in the right place at the right time to live by a bad situation, otherwise, he would have probably been a terrible president outright (honestly I never voted for him, I thought he was an idiot) He allowed this country to become what it is by putting in place things and entities that restricted our freedoms even more than constitutionally really should have been allowed.

That being said, I agree with most of what you said, I am wondering even if the US were paying to keep these systems up and running, why? After a decade all of the pathogens, etc should have been safely destroyed. Do we have a timeline on what was going on with them or no? Because if we had been supporting them outright even after they no longer hold their original use, I am wondering who authorized that and when... because I believe if we can find out when they went from their original purpose to whatever they are doing now, it may lead to answers.

Realistically, there is not chance we are not leading bioweapon research in the world. If for no other reason, to have defenses against bioweapon attacks.

We didn't stop torturing people after Abu Grab, we just moved it to dark sites in 3rd world countries. That's how Empire works. We have a lot of people willing to do awful things for the Empire. Denying that is silly. I personally denied it for a long time, but I can no longer.

Now, were we doing it in the Ukraine ? I don't know.
It's entirely possible we are innocent in this and Ukraine is too. It's also possible we are innocent and a few radical scientists in the Ukraine are going off script. Who knows.
