Now I fully admit that Russia could be fabricating. We've seen more fabricated propaganda in this war than any I've seen. But the fact is, the US is funding the labs. That looks bad. Really fucking bad.
We've been involved with this since 2005, under the guise of destroying old Soviet stockpile.

Logical question, you didn't get it all destroyed in 17 years with 30 labs ?

Then add in the questions about why we have 300 labs globally, scattered around the world, and have a huge budget one the program. Where's the US records showing all the shit they are destroying.

Yeah, my default assumption was that the Russians believed the Ukrainians had air defense systems somewhere within a block of that hospital and they just leveled the entire block.

I bet they can't afford to lose anymore aircraft at this point. The cost of losing more aircraft is far greater than the public relations cost of bombing a maternity ward.

This is obviously some bullshit nonsense. But I wanted to state clearly that I think this would have been apex excuse making for Putin to roll on Ukraine. This stuff about "fascists" and whatnot was so weak. But if he had just accused the US and China of having covered up the origin of the pandemic, and concocted fake evidence of US biolabs in Ukraine making more deadly viruses that he tossed in front of the UN like Colin Powell did, you almost would have to have loved him for it. Then he can just discover his own bioweapon program waste in Ukraine to make a big stink about disposing of America's next pandemic while he quietly consolidates all that territory in Eastern Ukraine. He can even find maintenance issues with that huge nuclear power plant while he fixes it and redirects power into Russia.
