I wouldn't write the Russian army off as a "conscript army"

only the junior ranks are conscripts

the NCO's are all volunteer professionals now

the officers are an elite

and Russian is mobilized in a declared war for all the marbles now

this is the biggest Russian operation since WWII

so if you mutiny now, you're not going to jail

they will shoot dead you right there in the field, like firing squad

so I think even the least motivated troops will continue to obey order and do their duty

Forcing Trudeau to freak out and freeze bank accounts, revealing the tools and techniques they have in store for us was huge. And causing a bank run and dropping confidence in banking was huge.

but actual protesting has shifted to Quebec City, and that is too far away for me to get to
