We avoided economic depressions in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s and teens by just accumulating more debt and kicking the can down the road. But in reality it all started with devaluing the dollar with the Fed in 1913 and compounding it in 1964. We get to live the sins of past generations.

I think they genuinely believed that they could simply jump ship from the economic collapse by instituting a subscription-based society. Citizens rent everything, under total ownership by the conglomerates.

They genuinely believed that this would be ok and that destroying the world wouldn’t affect them personally.

They sit atop a system of systems. They were able to react to the Trump election, abuse the sitting POTUS and his followers without repercussion. They failed initially to get rid of him, but they were able to subvert an election and get their guy in. Drunk on power. I'm sure they planned on some resistance, but not global resistance, which is what they got. The loss in propaganda value of the MSM was a blow to them as well.

Trumps election derailed their entire plan, maybe worse of all, gave people hope. They might be trying to stick to their timeline they had planned with Hillary in her second term right now, but its a different world.
