The judge should be right along there with him... for giving him an easy out so he could do it again.C-Mag wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 3:00 pmDarrell Brooks Charged with 5 Counts of Intentional Homicide

The DA is the head that you should be seeking. The Conservative wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 3:07 pmThe judge should be right along there with him... for giving him an easy out so he could do it again.C-Mag wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 3:00 pmDarrell Brooks Charged with 5 Counts of Intentional Homicide

Jason killing it again. Serious fire starts around 21:50. He calls out the buck breaking in a big way from there on in. The level of ignorance that still makes it through my Corporate Media blackout is astounding. I can't imagine the perspective of a person who subjugates themselves to this level of idiocy voluntarily on the daily. Truly frightening, actually.

Does the judge or the DA have the final word?Haumana wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:04 amThe DA is the head that you should be seeking.

Sure. But then again the POTUS and his DOJ, Merrick Garland, set the tone. Rogue District Attorneys are the problem, imo, but I think we are just talking about how many pins can fit on a gnats ass. It's all ass at the end of the day.The Conservative wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 5:28 amDoes the judge or the DA have the final word?Haumana wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 12:04 amThe DA is the head that you should be seeking. The Conservative wrote: ↑Mon Nov 22, 2021 3:07 pm

Re: Kyle Rittenhouse Trial
After what I've seen in the last 5 years, I'm not sure that DA is rogue.
I gotta keep my paradigm current. Anymore I expect DAs to release scum like that, and go after middle class white guys.
In the current 'Justice System' there is no benefit in going after shoplifters, pimps and pedos. There is no benefit in going after lefty white collar criminals, only those clinging to the old ways. That leaves the mass of the prosecutions against those that you can't avoid prosecuting and middle class people. Can't get any money from the bottom feeders, too expensive to go after white collar, so you feed on the middle class who can pay for the rest of their life, and really don't want to go to prison.
That's the political legal system we work under. Ever notice the records of the BLM and antifa when they are arrested ? They all have one or more counts and were given a slap on the wrist.

Ever notice? I am astonished at that amount of pedophilia that are on these losers' records. Kiddy diddlers seems to be the call of the day. Evil, Pure Evil. And the district attorneys are suggesting minimal bail. I don't see how this is isn't a national concerted effort.

It may be "ass" but the judge is held by specific rules of the court, if he/she ignores them and lets a perp go, then we are seeing something else go on, and this alone could cause a judge to lose their seat.Haumana wrote: ↑Tue Nov 23, 2021 7:20 amSure. A DA can not pressure a judge.
