From a moral standpoint, Rittenhouse is completely innocent. But government demands a monopoly of force, so if nothing else they are going to get him on wielding force.

I’ve watched the first two days. The Prosecutor seems to have received his law degree via Cracker Jack box. He has basically made the defense’s case. On top of that Kyle’s defense attorney is damn good so far.
