Just today, I was walking my neighborhood with my wife and a wamen joined us uninvited. It took less than 2 minutes before she was proselytizing Covidianisn. I waited for my wife to respond and when she didn’t, I said “I’m pureblood & maskless. I believe in freedom.” The wamen said, “Do you put your freedom above my health?” “Yes, and I’m a doctor.” “You should be ashamed of yourself.” “Are you saying I’m not a real doctor?” I walked away and went home, the walk with my wife ruined.

the key is to see the distinction between the religion of Jesus as opposed to the religion about Jesus

the religion of Jesus is that God was going to send a messenger called the Son of Man, who would judge, then make things right

Jesus himself would then ascend to the throne and become the King of the Jews, Jerusalem as the capital of the Kingdom of God

for claiming that, Pontius Pilatus had Jesus executed for treason against Rome

Christianity however is Greek, Western, and about a messiah who sacrificed himself for the greater good, and became divine therein
