What the Soviets didn't have tho ... was a population with more guns than people.

Axes, hemmers, and pokers?

Australia is like Canada, two thirds of the population are Woke lunatics already

so there will be no general uprising

I don't like the dissidents chances against the ADF, the Australian Army is the best small army in the world

the Australian troops will carry out their orders, they are not citizen soldiers

Soldiers of the Crown are mercenaries for the Queen

Australia now going to make wearing a mask at a protest Illegal, but keep on the books the mandate to wear a mask in public.

This is third world shit where you are breaking the law regardless of what you are doing.

I agree. However, it's better a total collapse into a dystopia because they required totalitarianism to defeat the opposition rather than an illusion of freedom.

the illusion of freedom is indeed breaking down

the collapse of the civilization itself however is that the masses no longer crave freedom

the dislocation of the Information Age revolution is inciting the totalitarianism at the geostrategic level

The printing press, and translation of the Bible to other languages, dealt a serious blow to the power of the Church.
I can only hope the internet deals a likewise similar blow to Academics, who are too often regarded as "experts" when they're actually well-trained monkeys that can parrot back their indoctrination flawlessly.

Once people could read the Bible themselves - they could see what was rotten in the Church.
Once people can access facts, footage, and events themselves - I can only hope they'll see how rotten media, Academia, and the government have become.

The printing press changed the world because it fostered people's imaginations: they wanted to get the freedom to do all the things they were reading about.

The Internet changed the world because it invoked people's envy, resentment & sense of inadequacy, so they want less freedom.

the Academy has already imploded

no need to bring something down which has already brought itself down from within

there is no central command making all this happen, so there is nothing to rebel against
