There's always a reason not to act:
"It only encourages the enemy."
"It won't work."
"It makes our side look bad."
Jesus fucking Christ, sounds like every subjugated population anywhere.
Democracy won't fix this: the mutterfukkers have the majority.
you need the initiative
talk to me when you have that
suicide mission virtue signalling is not a solution
democracy won't save you
but protests won't either
either march through the institutions
or better yet
build new ones that can replace the old ones
this war will not be won quickly
it will take decades
same as it did for the woke
impatience is a vice
if you refuse to play the long game and just charge the barricades
you are doomed to fail
You are right and wrong.
We absolutely need pushback now, and our side sucks at the protest game. We don't know how to do it, we will learn.
In Australia it's the Truckees and Trade workers kicking this off. The government shut down all construction for 2 weeks in an attempt to shutdown a projected strike. But either way, it gives a lot of people time on their hands to protest.
Yes, some will be arrested. Who knows, you might get a Solzenitzhen out of it.
But all these people are people that will raise their kids to push back. It will take time. We should all become as self sufficient as possible as local as possible, building the networks and encouraging people give the globohomos who fund this as little money as possible.
It's absolutely wrong to sit there are cry in your beer and say, well, if it gets enough momentum then I will do something.
