For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Somewhere between 256 and 321 "General Lee" cars were created and mostly destroyed during the series. Less than 20 in various states of disrepair still exist. Despite popular belief, there were no 1970 Chargers used in the series according to all the car builders.
They had real problems finding '69 Chargers in the end.

I grew up on that show back in the 70's

that was the first show I was allowed to stay up and watch past my bedtime

that got me into cars, driving fast

one time I was bombing down the autobahn in a Bimmer, just a rental

wasn't a fancy one, but it was still pretty quick

I was doing 140mph when this guy pops into the lane in front of me

I thought was I was going to run right into him

I was like, ah shit, but the ABS saved my ass, and his

if had been a Dodge Charger I was driving, that would have been game over right there

whatever, hard pass, not going to bother to watch

I live in the nexus of America Derangement Syndrome

the most fearful & loathing of America place on earth

even if it didn't incite my contempt

it's just boring as this point

I know every vector by which to attack America

but I don't want to, because I love her
