It's impossible to imagining them publishing such a thing today.

Edit: And I'm not gonna say it's right, but... there's few things that are more pleasurable in this life than havin a few road sodees and a couple rips while drivin through the country with some loud music.
That was good, a couple lines I liked.

I am convinced, based upon my own safe driving record and that of millions of others like me, that there is an equally effective method of reducing alcohol-related car accidents without resorting to such draconian measures, which severely encroach upon the rights and liberty.........

True liberty entails the responsibility, in effect, to police ourselves

Driving in the country and sipping a few is truly one of the most enjoyable things in the world.

I'm glad someone thought of checking this.
But, why?

Should have asked Australians the same question.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Most of those are mythical creatures in Britain. We still have some wildlife here, and can see it helplessly wandering for scraps in the wastelands. Easy pickings for a barrel chested red-blooded American with freedom on his mind.

Yeah, I'd put myself on able to fight those creatures up to chimps.

Fuck a chimp.

I'd shoot 'em.

But ain't no way I'm going hand-to-hand with a savage face-eating primate.

I wouldn't start a fight with anything on that list.
I'd put money on 99% of people running away from an angry goose.
It's not a bravery test it's an intelligence test.
