For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Re: Coronavirus thread
I’ve said before that I’m not one to charge the hill, unless there’s a very good reason. Strategist, not a frontline grunt.
Besides, this band of brothers is a little more F-troop than Company B.
Smitty will shoot and eat anyone that steps out of line. TC will blow someone’s foot off with a homemade explosive, and Marty’s back there chewing a cigar and selling tickets.

I've only ever liked tofu when it is deep fried first.

I used to be second chef in a posh little boutique hotel near Norwich.
Just before service every evening chef and I would go out to the herb garden to pick flower petals for the salads and smoke a fat one.
You have to know which flowers are edible but the colours look great on the plate.

she is smiling at me now, because she knows she has impressed me
she's always coming up with something new for supper, the King doesn't really eat as well as I do
I'm going to break out the single malt, just so I can toast her properly
