I am arguing that social engineering is less effective than the social engineers would like. If it were effective, the engineers wouldn't have such a bear of a time establishing their utopias of new and improved socialist men. They've had damn near a century and change to do it, after all.

Fact remains, if electing Trump because Trump gets to appoint judges were a reliable strategy, then Trump would be president now - presumably routing CRT from public schools single-handed.
