How long are the pit stops now?

Are they required to put on a full charge and how do they prove the provenance of carbon neutral charging?

7 times champion.
He's not beaten Schumacher's record yet.
Which just adds more drama to this year's championship.
With the massive rule changes coming next year this could be Hamilton's last chance.
There's no way to know who will have the fastest package in the 2022 season.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

yeah, the 2022 car is a complete change of formula, the changes are quite radical

neither Lewis nor the Dutchman can be sure how next years car is going to perform

they both need to go for it, the changes to the cars could upset the pecking order next year

it's like they are going from 13 inch wheels to 18 inch wheels, and the wheels are getting covers on the hubs

they've completely altered the aerodynamics package, all the wings are getting changed radically

so next years cars are going to look strange

I'd say it's a bigger problem for Red Bull

Mercedes has infinite funding, so whatever the formula, they will be able to pay for it

how deep are Red Bull's pockets, we shall see

A return to ground effect and reduced wings should make the racing better.
The rear wing has been redesigned too, and can almost be described as endplate-less. Instead, it loops around into a beam-wing mounting, aiming to slash the strength of the vortices produced at the rear of the car - which is blamed for cars being unable to follow each other.

For the time being, DRS remains, but this can be revisited if the new cars produce the desired on-track product.

Numbers look good so far, and F1 and the FIA have noticed that, when one car length behind another competitor, the following car now has around 86% of its usual downforce, compared to the 55% it currently experiences.
The cars may be up to 3.5 seconds a lap slower but reducing the dirty air will make close quarters racing much better.

yeah, but they have some woke faggot rules coming

like the cars have to run on 15% Yak farts from Nepal or some shit next year

advantage Mercedes when they layer on these environmentalist religion virtue signalling burdens

it's not even about how much they spend, since there is a salary cap

Mercedes just has the infrastructure to absorb any radical changes seamlessly

literally about 2 seconds in Formula 1 now

they don't refuel anymore, it's one tank for the whole race

so it's just a tire change and go now

How long before we get an electric racing league?

10% ethanol.
Hardly going to save the world.
Mere virtue signalling as you say.

They're making the cars safer too, which I know you won't approve of.
Rubber coating the car to reduce parts breaking up and coming off in impacts and tethering some components at the rear to stop them flying into the car behind.
