It's a given that military personnel and apparatus are being used for domestic law enforcement activities. Why has no one made a Constitutional case about the prohibited activity ?

Because often judges put legislation above the Constitutional.C-Mag wrote: ↑Wed Jun 30, 2021 1:22 pmCan't do that, biggest threat to the nation is a White guy spreading memes.

I’ve been contacted by members of our voluntary military who say they will quit if the COVID vaccine is mandated.
I introduced HR 3860 to prohibit any mandatory requirement that a member of the Armed Forces receive a vaccination against COVID-19.
It now has 24 sponsors.

I said a while back when I found out they were going to do that, they should have left it the same way they found it, a pile of rocks and dirt.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 10:42 amJesus. This is worse than the choppers out of Saigon.

People starting to ask questions
Afghanistan: a war for nothing
We had the perfect moment to get out, when OBL was killed. If we had left 9 years ago, it would have been mission complete. Instead, BHO, will be recorded in history with W, Trump and Biden as not being able to get the job done.
Afghanistan: a war for nothing
Everyone in the involved did their jobs, except the Generals, politicians and beauracrats. The Afghan papers proved that for over the last decade the Generals didn't know WTF to do. That's their only Fucking job. To devise strategies to win wars, then execute those strategies.‘What was the point of all the destruction, killing and misery they brought us?’ This is what Malek Mir, a mechanic in Bagram, Afghanistan, told Reuters on Friday night after thousands of US troops departed a nearby airbase. ‘I wish they had never come’, he added.
He is right. It is difficult to imagine a war as profoundly and brutally pointless as that waged by the US and its NATO allies in Afghanistan.
It has lasted nearly 20 years. It has cost the lives of over 240,000 people, including 71,000 civilians. And, on the part of the US alone, it has taken nearly $1 trillion to fund.
And for what?

At this point yes. We should have stuck to the agreement Trump made with the Taliban on May 1st. Now, we are treaty breakers, which will justify the Taliban doing whatever they want. Not that they are the most beloved characters around, but they are an honor culture.
