They're overwhelming the Iron Dome with sustained rocket attacks.
Iron Dome is none the less impressive compared to legacy systems
in the past these sorts of systems hit 10% of incoming rockets, whereas Iron Dome is hitting close to 90%
so that reduces damage from catastrophic levels to harassment levels
the main drawback is cost, 90% accuracy ain't cheap, each Iron Dome missile costs $80,000

Honestly, with how much money we are sending them, and what they make, they can afford it.
I have people on FB and Twitter saying that Israel deserves what it is getting.

How much does each Hamas rocket cost and who is supplying them?
Death, death, to the IDF.

they're mostly using Iranian made Farj-5 333mm rockets
based on the cost of a similar Russian system, its roughly $5,000 for the rocket itself

That tower have some significance, or they just taking it down because it's the tallest thing around?

Al Shorouk Tower
the offices for the Hamas Al-Aqsa satellite television channel are located there, that seems to be the target
