It’s just another factor of many in our Collapse I suppose. From that vantage, we’d have been much better off building bridges, or pipes, or literally anything.

MIC spending is high quality; better than infrastructure, and better than Welfare by far. We’ll build another plane with imaginary money and keep all those high quality folks employed.

I’d very much prefer to have sound bridges and power lines, to well-payed MIC ‘workers’.
