Dollar Devaluation

Post by Martin Hash » Wed Mar 24, 2021 11:54 am

The great devaluation is almost upon us. If you have any cash laying around, buy whatever it is you were going to get anyway, just do it now. If you have your retirement in a savings account, buy something indexed to inflation. If you're ready for the ride, let's go... Giddy-up!

Just got a pile of fiat from Unca Sam. Not sure what to do with it all, but I need to figure it out soon.

Is there anything happening lately that are red flags?

What’s the low down? I don’t feel like sitting through 2hrs of a pitch for a magic investment opportunity.

spend your cash, park your money in things which have real value to you

like I bought myself a dream home at a dream location, no mortgage, paid cash

I'm a conservative, old fashioned

so step one is to find yourself a good & beautiful woman to grow old with

step two is buy her a fully detached dream home at a dream location, owning it outright, no mortgage

if you still have any cash left over after that, then decide what is next in your hierarchy of value

That was just the first link I threw up there. There was always background noise but in the past couple of days the inflation talk has really picked up.

see, I'm not one for crypto

I prefer modern art

that way my investment doubles as decor in my fully detached dream home
