it's true tho, that's why they killed Caesar, it was a counterrevolution against his loonie Woke policies

Napoleon was the General of the Woke

when the counterrevolution against the Woke came to Paris, Bonaparte gunned them down with artillery

We have neither the Senate on our side nor Waterloo.

We’ve raised the last 2 generations of boys to be women to add to wamen: in a democracy, those kinds of numbers are insurmountable.

killing Caesar backfired anyways, his side won the subsequent civil war

in the case of Napoleon, the British basically just waited him out, until he blew himself up invading Russia

Waterloo was just a brief epilogue,

Napoleon escaped and went on a bender for a hundred days

it was always doomed to fail in the long run, the Royal Navy ruled the waves by then

what is now conservative was once the radical fringe

Augustus was Woke

Augustus was the younger generation coming into the turn Rome from a mickey mouse outfit into a global empire

he swept the conservative Romans aside, that is why he ruled with an iron first, although from the shadows

the equivalent of Augustus now would be a Silicon Valley Big Tech multibillionaire

and he seized control of the Roman Legions in the same way they are taking the Pentagon now

we call the Roman Emperors by their military rank "Imperator"

that's a revision, they didn't use that title at the time, they called themselves "Princeps"

not ruler, just "First Citizen"

they were not officially in charge, officially the Senate was still in charge

I just looked it up, Ceasar Augustus was actually a Trillionaire, his equivalent net worth was $4.6 trillion US dollars

but again, he wasn't King, he was just a Prince, or "Princeps Civitatis" in Old Latin

I mean it's true...

The military are Karens from top to bottom.

Rulebound operations. Unquestioning obedience. Plenty of scolding.

This works for the military.

They don't really want too many original thinking and rule breakers.... it gets disorderly.

But when the going gets tough.. its original thinking and rule breakers who crack the difficult problems.

So luckily a few tend to survive in the margins and rise to the top when they are needed.

So ya... I see the challenge in moving through the current paradigm.
