Yeah, crypto and metals are my favored choice as well, but I was just naming things you could privately hold and the government couldn't take (on account of they can't prove you have it).

Of course, crypto may go down when digital Fed dollars hit the scene (can't imagine the Federal Reserve will tolerate open competition), and precious metals have a long history of state confiscation as well.

So ... all that you've got is your soul, man.
But it's harder for the government to take a personal inventory of your shit and steal it, so whatever wealth you can hold is potential wealth saved.
