It's my second day. Yesterday, I was thinking, "I better ask someone if it's ok for me to do x". Then I realized, "I'm the guy. I'm the guy I would ask."
It's surreal, but I'm glad I work where I do. My bosses were jokingly commenting yesterday about hoarding guns for the invasion from the border, so it's a huge improvement from my last job at a progressive university.

congratulations, sirXenophon wrote: Wed Feb 10, 2021 10:06 am My wife and I are about to buy our first house together. We've rented since we were first married, so we're excited to be able to actually own something. And it'll give the kids more room, which we desperately need.

No wildfires this summer tho, plz.
Between California and Canada the air quality in WA is like riding in a limo full of cigar smokers every July/August.

The mre you drive your gas-guzzling sports car, the warmer the globe gets, the higher your property value goes.

you can't go wrong buying property in America
because on the global aggregate, property in America is actually undervalued

We got tens of thousands of people living anywhere they want in Seattle for absolutely free.
