Lol, no... it's not. That is my 14th stone in 5 years.

Anything over 5mm requires an operation or so my Dr said... the stone I passed was 3.5mm...

I've never had a kidney stone (thank God), but if I had several I'd be changing my diet pronto.
In fact, I'm on week six or seven of my latest keto cycle and I need to drop out because my weight is getting too low for a respectable hulk like myself.
But I'm also worried that those fucking kidney stones will come calling because that's one potential drawback of the ketogenic diet.
Fuuuuuuck that!

Sucks tho. I'd probably never drop out of keto if I could stabilize the weight loss and not get kidney stones.

I got within 4 lbs of my ultimate weight just a month ago on my keto diet before I collapsed into a pitiful puddle of Gummy Bear eating, Foot Loop huffing, banana pudding decadence. I'm trying to pull myself out of it but there's a Hersey bar still in the freezer.

All my levels are optimum. Blood pressure is 114/70. All my others that matter are good as well.

My weight is the only issue. But my diet, i eat very little res meat, mainly fish and white meats.

I tend to drink very little soda.

Don't smoke, barely drink.

Some people are just prone to getting them.

Doubt it. The Dr said I have 6 more coming down the pike in the future that he can see.

Honestly, most of the time they pass without notice. It's when they get to over 3mm do they cause me a problem.
