All problems have solutions: it’s only a matter of if you’re willing.

I did a radio interview about this exact problem; I said: parents aren’t willing to argue with their daughters, and men aren’t willing to argue with their wives. The fault is on us.

Just today, the widower of my wife’s good friend called to talk. He went on about politics and how it was Communism. After he hung up, my wife said she didn’t know he was one of us. I replied: that’s because he wouldn’t voice his real opinion while his wife was around. I have at least 4 friends like that. In fact, I’m the only one I know who publicly calls out the bullshit. (Members of this forum excluded.)
