I don't think buying into their ideological framework that "everything I don't like is Fascist" will do us any good or will change anyone's mind. In fact, being called Fascist for 4 years will make you just roll your eyes at the term. It has been overused by the left to the point where anyone to the right of Camille Paglia is labeled as such. Turning around and saying, "No, YOU are the real Fascists," seems really fucking lame, regardless of what some favela-dwelling homosexual journalist or Semitic-tribesman economist says.

Oligarchs seems like a good term that is already within mainstream discourse.

Capitalism is not a problem of production, it’s a problem of wealth concentration and hence opportunity concentration, blunting the chances of the few budding entrepreneurs remaining. And the grasping of power by feminists, minorities & weirdos, a majority of the voting population, has been facilitated by mass media. Add to that the perverse incentives of the Welfare State, and the emasculation of men, and here we are. And we ain’t coming back.

The core problem is that capitalism has run out of steam. It no longer produces enough growth to make life better for a majority of people. They don't have to realize it yet. To profit you need to run some sort of scam. The most popular right now seems to be privatizing profits and socializing losses. If you look into "innovation" from Silicon Valley it's at the bottom of every plan.
Another one is the entitlement scam. Convincing others that you have a right to stuff you didn't earn just because of who you are.
There is no master plan or secret cabal. It's just people trying to do the best for themselves. The problem is that to most people honest work is not the most viable option. It's End-of-Empire days. Try to anticipate what is coming down the road and adjust your position accordingly.
Conspiracy theories are for some men like Astrology is for women. It's just a way to exploit an inability to differentiate between correlation and causation and confirmation bias.
I disagree, capitalism hasn't run out of steam, but our mixture of free market capitalism and regulations (or lack of enforcement of regulations) has run out of steam. They are taking us back to robber baron days. We let pax-America to make us soft and lazy, and we implement policies that are designed to maximize profits of our corporations instead of policies that protect our economy. This is most obvious by the removal of bank/finance regulations created after the Great Depression in the 90's. We've prioritized free trade over fair trade, and do not enforce our anti-trust/anti-monopoly regulations. We use regulations to make it difficult for a new business to enter a market instead of using regulations to limit and eliminate abuse of people, the environment, the economy, and the nation. Essentially, our government works not for the people, but for the corporations. The only reason we still have elections is to keep up the perception that the government is run by the people, but this last election has shown that is not the case. If we put the needs of the American economy and people above the needs of corporations, we can turn this around, and create a system that continues to encourage growth.

Well said. The problem, as always, is corruption.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

The economic growth and increase of real wages during the gilded age was huge. Did the rich get richer? Sure, but so did workers. Real wages rose by 60% between 1860 and 1890. We have nothing like that today. Real wages have been flatlining since the 1980's.

Actually, because of Stimulus checks, the U.S. has had the greatest average income growth in its history.
